AutoElevate integrates with HaloPSA to streamline your ticketing process for privilege requests. Whenever a request arrives, a ticket is automatically created in HaloPSA with all the crucial details. Once a technician approves or rejects the request, the ticket is promptly updated to reflect the decision and may include a time entry logging the work performed.
